Ferdy Talan has been captivated by sound since childhood and found his deepest connection through classical music and piano. Because he is from a non-musical family, his early struggles with independent practice sparked a lifelong passion for learning and exploration of unconventional musical pathways.

 

The 2019 pandemic provided time for reflection and reassessment of life as we know it, leading to the launch of Joy of Practicing—an idea Ferdy had cultivated for a decade. Our mission now extends beyond YouTube to include worldwide seminars and masterclasses, sharing this knowledge with pianists globally.
